Current Student, Faculty and Staff are already enrolled by their @uwo.ca email address and can add up to five contact methods - three text numbers and two additional email addresses.
You will be contacted by Alert WesternU during an event on campus using these methods.
If you require notifications in a different format contact email@example.com to make arrangements for accomodation or your specific needs.
When you are enrolled in Alert WesternU, the following information is added and cannot be changed:
- First Name: Your Primary First Name as listed in your Official Student, Faculty or Staff records.
- Last Name: Your Primary Last Name as listed in your Official Student, Faculty or Staff records.
- Subscribed Email: Your @uwo.ca email address.
The following fields are customizable:
- Time Zone: ( GMT -5:00)Eastern Standard Time(America/Toronto)
- Registration Email (Android Only): Can be left Blank or your Western Email Address
- Text 1-Text 3: A mobile phone number (10-digit Mobile phone number in North America) that can receive text messages. Can be for your cellphone, or parents, spouses, or family members.
- Email 2-Email 3: Must be a valid email address. Can be for parents, spouses, family members or a personal email address.
